Dilli Raj Bhatta is the founding member of the firm. He is at the forefront of a constantly growing practice. Mr. Bhatta has extensive experience in all phases of commercial transactions, litigation, and intellectual property law. He advises clients on a broad spectrum of matters and provides unique strategic solutions in resolving complex legal issues. He continues to represent individuals and corporations in complex transactions and cases in New York and in United States Federal Courts. Aside from commercial litigations, Mr. Bhatta advises and represents business entities on international trade and transactions, commercial arbitrations, contractual disputes, Intellectual Property matters, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Prior to this firm, Mr. Bhatta worked for The Myers Law Firm, a prestigious Northern California law firm based in San Francisco. He also worked as an intern at the San Francisco District Attorney’s office where he gained in-depth trial experience working with the DAs.

Mr. Bhatta received his LLM degree focusing on Intellectual Property Law and Corporate Law from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Mr. Bhatta was part of Cardozo’s Study Abroad program, Introduction to Law in India in Hyderabad and New Delhi with an Intellectual Property Law focus. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States Federal Court of the Eastern District of New York, and the United States Federal Court of the Southern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, American Bar Association, and New York County Lawyers’ Association.

Mr. Bhatta is a frequent guest of radio shows and he is a recurring keynote speaker at live business seminars, where he interacts with individuals and various business owners and board of directors.
