Aalok Jain is admitted to practice law in India with primary focus on intellectual property, corporate and business matters. He completed his Master of Law in Intellectual Property Rights and Entertainment Law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York.

Aalok has 14+ years of multi-jurisdictional experience in IPR Laws and Business laws practice. He has been advising Corporations, International Brands, Artists in the USA, UAE, UK, Philippines and India on various legal issues including protection of Intellectual Property Rights (including patents, trademarks, copyrights and designs), Business transactions, Food Laws, Legal Metrology. He has regularly appeared in Delhi High Court, Trademark Registry, Copyright Board and before other judicial and quasi judicial Forums in India.

Before practicing law in India,  Mr. Jain communicated with the USPTO, ASCAP, BMI and with many music labels for securing intellectual property rights of the clients of the US based Law Firm.

He has a diploma from Oxford University in Comparative Media Laws and Policy and is a guest lecturer in India on Intellectual Property Rights and Cyber law and has authored various articles for law journals, and edited law magazines.
